The General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) are a series of guidelines set out by the European Commission which come into effect from the 13th of December 2024. These guidelines are created to protect consumers’ rights all across the EU and Northern Ireland.

While we want the best possible consumer experience and protection for our customers, and those of other UK businesses. We simply cannot guarantee that we can adhere to these guidelines at this time, especially given how vague they are. Stubborn Toad simply would not be able to pay the large fines that can be incurred from not following these guidelines. So, unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to pause all orders of physical Stubborn Toad merchandise to the regions mentioned above. As much as we don’t like to do this to our current and potential customers within these regions, we need time to see how the GSPR guidelines are receieved and if they are altered with more details and specifics. We sincerely hope you can understand as we navigate this new and confusing change, and that we can be back to European Shipping as soon as possible!
